This has led to a rapid shift toward Building Management Systems (BMS) as the standard for commercial infrastructure. By leveraging industry-standard protocols like BACnet and Modbus, these systems integrate disparate third-party devices into a unified, intelligent network, allowing for the precise monitoring and optimization of every watt consumed.

How It Works

Through automated calculation, the program follows COP in each chiller operation. Also, retro-commissioning is needed for every building to customize parameters and schedules for air-conditioning and lighting.

With retro-commissioning, the customer can follow the summer/winter temperature setpoints and schedules to allow the BMS to operate more efficiently.

The CO₂ footprint is shown in the main interface by using suitable equipment to calculate how much CO₂ is generated. These data are also analyzed into different parameters such as lighting electrical usage, air-conditioning electrical usage, wastewater usage, etc.
