Nowadays the cooling system energy cost is much more few years before, the fossil fuel cost are increasing, althought the nuclear fuel is working in our cities, the wasted energy is the big problems in everywhere. Therefore using BMS in commercial buildings to monitoring energy usage are steady increasing.
BACnet and MODbus protocol are the common protocol for communication with 3rd parties devices, it can be form a large BMS to manage and operate.
Through Automated Calculation, the program will be follow by COP in each chiller to operation. Also, retro-commissioning is need for every buildings to customize the parameters and schedule to take the air-condition and lighting.
With Retro-Commissioning, the customer could be well known the temperature setpoint and time schedule to let the BMS more energy efficiently.
